The vision of Red Key Mortgage Group is to apply all aspects of our mission statement to our goal of becoming the preferred mortgage source in Calgary. As a result, we challenge ourselves to exceed the expectations of our clients. Mortgage education is supreme. So, we take time to explain the entire mortgage and borrowing process in our initial meetings with clients.  We want our clients to be comfortable with the mortgage process and to know that we have their best interests at heart.  A mortgage is typically the biggest debt that a person will incur in their lifetime and it is comforting to have someone to help you through the process – Red Key Mortgage Group is here to be that source of information and trust. Lastly, we want to see Calgary and Alberta thrive as they become better served and educated.

Why Red Key name?

W hy Red Key Mortgage Group, you might ask.  The name Red Key however, comes from the passion we have for our country and city.  Canada, Calgary, The Calgary Flames, Sea of Red and the Calgary Stampede are brands and identities all associated with Red, it signifies a color of purpose. The Key is to symbolize your home and the key to your dreams.  We want to help people reach their dreams of being home owners. We help unlock the doors to your home by providing financing needed to access.  Whatever your dreams are, we’d like to help you achieve them.

What is a mortgage associate or broker? A Mortgage Associate is a licensed and regulated professional employed by a brokerage.  Conversely, each brokerage has one broker who owns the company. Here, at Red Key Mortgage Group, Luke Wile is the broker of record. There are other associates and employees working for the brokerage as well!

Why use us?

Well, every lender has their own product, promotions, and terms. Every client/borrower has their unique goals, situation, and end goal in mind. So, as a broker we educate you on the different rates and contractual differences between lenders. From there, we allow you to make an informed decision where you would like to go! We are paid a finder’s fee from the lenders, not from you. As a result, it doesn’t matter to us who you ultimately choose. Our compensation will be the virtually same percentage of the amount funded regardless of the lender. Luke is the licensed broker of record at Red Key Mortgage Group. He specializes in working to get clients the best mortgage for their needs, while educating them on the process along the way. Planning is key when it comes to buying a house and he is passionate about helping clients plan properly. Any mortgage related questions and appointments are handled by Luke.
